Synopsis

Sloane Sherman is the charismatic and problematic host of Killing Time, the number two game show on daytime television. When he is suddenly murdered during a live taping, Detective Madeleine Murphy is called in to solve the case. Five suspects are held for interrogation, each with their own secrets and tumultuous history with the victim. Will Detective Murphy uncover the killer and solve the greatest mystery in daytime game show television history? Join us this July at the Toronto Fringe Festival to find out.

Margot Greve (She/Her) - Book Writer

Margot Greve is a Dora nominated Director and Writer. Her central focus as an artist is to create unapologetically FUN works of theatre. As a freelance director she has worked on projects for the Next Stage Festival, Next Stage Audio Series, New Voices Festival, Hamilton Fringe Festival and the Watershed Festival. She has directed for companies such as Tweed and Company, the Panoply Collective, the Uncommon Folk Collective, and other independent companies in Toronto. When not producing, she can usually be found at a pub trivia night, reading or cooking something way too complicated for her skill level.

Ben Kopp (He/Him) - Music and Lyrics

Ben Kopp is a composer, actor, music director, accompanist and convocation name reader residing in Toronto. He is a 2019 graduate of the Toronto Metropolitan University BFA Acting program. Since the success of his original musical, Over Again, Ben has been busy writing, composing and contributing to Mixtape Projects. He has worked as a Music Director for Bravo Academy, the Panoply Collective, Precipice Productions and more. When not making music, he can usually be found playing scrabble, taking a nap in sunny spot, or watching NBA basketball.
